Sophie's Sweet Stout Sweet stout aged on vanilla and chocolate.
Older Brews:

Baseball Stout A sweet stout brewed with peanut butter inspired by Peanuts and Crackerjacks
Hawaii in Space Pretty standard DIPA. Galaxy and Nugget hops, splash of kiwi juice.
Mexican Blonde: 3.0 A blonde ale with agave.
Wedtoberfest: 3.0 I reconfigured the recipe a little bit, to make it a little lighter and perhaps truer to the style.

Strawberry NieuwenWeiss A strawberry flavored weiss named for New York Mets outfielder Kirk Nieuwenhuis.

MADhouse Coco-Nutz: A Kona brewery inspired toasted coconut brown ale. Perhaps my best beer yet.

Wedtoberfest: First Anniversary edition
Something Blue: Blueberry tinged Wedtoberfest
Root of MADness: A brown ale flavored with vanilla, sarsaparilla and wintergreen meant to mimic a root beer.

This beer received a 33 in the Sam Adams Long Shot competition.


The original Oktoberfest was a celebration of marriage, and as such Wedtoberfest is an Oktoberfest brewed for Ceetar's wedding favors. It's garnered enough positive reviews that it will likely become a yearly beer.
