I think it really depends on the couple planning the wedding. Some halls will order kegs of craft beers upon request. For my wedding, my mother ordered a case of her favorite wine. However, it's not always the top priority - as most couples think of the food and cake first and assume whatever the bar provides will be sufficient, although that is not always the case as evidenced by your tequila example!

Thanks. The blueberry flavor didn't really come out too well, practically unnoticeable. I'll have to experiment with it a little better next time, to extract more flavor.

Ah yes, Oktoberfest beer and Pumpkin Ales (some of them anyway). Add it Football and you have my favorite time of the year! I remember in August when these beers first started showing up in the stores thinking "Its hot! Its August! Too soon!" Well, here it is mid-September and cool and before you know it we'll be having snow here in Jersey! :-(

I think one of the problems is restaurant owners not having a good understanding on how the internet or social media work. It can seem like common sense, but to many people it isn't. For centuries, you didn't need these skills to have a successful restaurant, or even a good sense of marketing or advertising.
