I for one miss the neon. I used to love going to a night game and looking back at the stadium after the game as we walked to our cars. There was something special about how they lit up the night and it really gave Shea so much character.

I thought Citifield was the mets idea of getting away from the quirkiness that has haunted the organization and the fans…
Constantly criticized for the way Shea looked and held up… I think it’s time we let it go and embrace a beautiful stadium
