\"\"<\/a>This is awesome. \u00a0It’s a beer aged on donated Louisville Slugger\u2122 baseball bats. \u00a0On top of that all proceeds are donated to Operation Homefront<\/a>, an organization that provides emergency financial and other assistance to the families of our service members and wounded warriors.<\/p>\n

It’s made by Fremont Brewery<\/a> in Seattle. \u00a0It was conceived by former Mariner’s pitcher Chris Ray (now with Cleveland), which makes it doubly cool. \u00a0 According to Wikipedia this beer is, or was, \u00a0sold at Safeco Field which is triply cool. \u00a0 If a Mariners fan out there could confirm, that’d be awesome.<\/p>\n

Chris Ray is an avid homebrewer and is planning to open up a brewery with his brother down in Virginia called Center of the Universe Brewing<\/a>. I think that’s awesome and would definitely drive down and check it out.<\/p>\n

When researching this I discovered that the beer is actually listed in untappd<\/a> for 5 different breweries. \u00a0Saint Arnold, Cigar City, 21st Amendment, and APerennial Artisan Ales also have a version.<\/p>\n
