Andrew McCutchen, with the highest wRC+ and the most WAR and the only player with an OBP above .400 seemed like the best choice. I hated putting Freeman on this list. In a year with great pitching, I felt like it had to go to a hitter that succeeding against those odds.<\/p>\n
